Website is very right on and fascionista. Unfortunately the email containing tracking detail was in the same graphics style and it was almost impossible to read the codes. Well done millenials triumph of form over function.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Then had to register with a global rescue outfit (another $20) hell, paying is the easy bit. The difficult bit is filling in the forms. Do you ever get the feeling that all this electronic form filling makes life harder rather than easier? And then there&#8217;s a password for making a cup of tea.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">So 2 hours gone and nothing done<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Oh just for a laugh one of the forms wanted the IMEI number from the satellite device. Where&#8217;s the manual and docs with the info? At the bottom of the suitcase.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Well it never was going to be like going on a package holiday.
