PPR-pal(aka Manifest6) is an app which supports OnlineGAR.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In Europe, to fly a private light airccraft across international borders the jurisdictions of the countries concerned need to be notified (with the exception of intra Schengen movements in the EU) The UK was one of the first to introduce a facility to submit the required check information online some10 years ago. OnlineGAR.com was set up to make this much speedier and simpler. Different jurisdictions all require similar information – what is the aircraft, a Manifest of those on board, and the journey details. This is variously know as a ‘General Aviation Report’ (GAR) or a General Declaration (GenDec)<\/span><\/p>\n

OnlineGAR is UK based website which is authorised to submit required documentation for cross border private general aviation flights. With an account you can store your important personal and journey details to make any future submission quick and easy.<\/span><\/p>\n

OnlineGAR stores user details in a secure cloud server. For those who do not want to store their info in the OnlineGar cloud, PPR-Pal(aka Manifest6) provides an alternative.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is an app which will run in a standalone configuration on Iphones\/iPads\/Android\/Windows and Mac desktops. Information for the cross-border submission is drawn from the user’s own files and is not stored in the cloud except that any user with a valid cloud service such as google drive, dropbox or iCloud may store information in their own personal cloud storage and recall it even if working on a different platform elsewhere<\/span><\/p>\n

PPR-pal(Manifest6) will also assemble in PDF form similar Border Entry documentation for several other jurisdictions other than UK.<\/span><\/p>\n

(Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey Jersey, Belgium and Holland).\u00a0 Copies of such Border Entry documentation are ofteen accepted by handling agents in many countries. PPR-pal makes it easy to share such information as the user chooses entirely controlled by the user.<\/span><\/p>\n

The UK no longer accepts paper forms so to use PPR-pal one must also have an account with OnlineGar.com, but PPR-pal(Manifest6) allows the user to exclusively control his own information storage. Cloud providers such as Google and Dropbox require developers to explain why they need access to user sensitive data. The developers of PPR-pal(Manifest6) DO NOT have access DO NOT share users data with anyone at all. Emails ID’s or journey details are entirely closed and open only to the user. They are only stored on the user’s cloud account if the user approves and then such data is only accessible to the user. Absolutely no sharing for marketing or other purposes takes place – Only the user can see the users data.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRIVACY POLICY<\/span><\/p>\n

How we use personal information<\/span><\/div>\n

OnlineGAR\u00a0 are registered under the data protection act as we handle sensitive personal information. Information is only held on their system\u00a0 in order to provide an audit and re-use of repeat passengers. If using PPR-Pal (Manifest6) helper app withteh OnlineGar service NO data is stored. The information is transmitted to the UK Border force via a secure encrypted link, and will be made available to them if they wish to perform an audit or enquiry into the system directly. This information may be made available to other official government border agencies, and airfields and FBO organisations, only for Journeys that depart or arrive on their territory. The management of OnlineGAR will never view or use this information for any other purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where is the Data Stored? and how is it protected?<\/span><\/div>\n

The users\u00a0 data is stored in a secure database on the users own mobile or desktop and all fields deemed sensitive are encrypted. All data is entirely and exclusively under the control of the user – Even if using th eOnlineGar transmission service no data is stored anywhere other than on the users own computer or cloud service<\/span><\/p>\n

Data Protection<\/span><\/div>\n

OnlineGAR Ltd is registered on the Data Protection register. The PPR-Pal(Manifest6) app uses OnlineGAR.com for UK submissions and this is only relevant to holders of an OnlineGar account<\/span><\/p>\n

Third Party Integrators<\/span><\/div>\n

Third Party integrators are software applications that have been given a license and key to OnlineGAR,\u00a0 With regard to PPR-Pal (aka Manifest6) there are NO links to third party integrators and no data is shared<\/span><\/p>\n

Cookies<\/span><\/div>\n

By creating a user account on OnlineGAR you are granting permission for cookies to be stored on your computer. Cookies are used by the site to track that you are signed in, and to keep your preferences. In addition cookies are used by Google Analytics for the purposes of tracking site usage statistics. This clause is only relevant to those who wish to use the OnlineGar UK submission service directly. PPR-Pal (Manifesst6) does not require a browser interaction with OnlineGar so this clause may be ignored unless OnlineGar is used through a browser<\/span><\/p>\n

Proof of Form Filing<\/span><\/div>\n

When using PPR-Pal (Manifest6) to submit UK GAR forms via OnlineGAR. you may only assume that a form has been filed correctly when you are in posession of a receipt number.This is transmitted back to the app and will appear within the app on the machine which made the submission. If using a personal cloud service this will also be visible on other instances of PPR-pal (Manifest6) say on iphone then on iPade<\/span><\/p>\n

PPR-Pal (Manifest6) does not deal with two-legged Journeys (in\/out or return trips) you will need to submit for each leg.<\/span><\/p>\n

OnlineGar accounts<\/span><\/p>\n

if using OnlineGAR submission service you must comply with the conditions of accounts in onlineGAR.com<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n
One Account Per Person<\/span><\/div>\n

It is a condition of OnlienGar that you may only have one user account for each individual. All accounts are moderated and checked carefully and any duplicate accounts will be suspended or merged with the duplicate account. During registration any likely duplication is detected and will flag the account for moderation before it is active.\u00a0 You may of course share the PPRPal (Manifest6) app but it is strongly advised you do not. PPR-Pal is intended for personal use and numerous persons sharing the app undermines the principle that the user is responsible for personal data – Do not do it – each user should have their own instance of the app<\/span><\/p>\n

Liability<\/span><\/div>\n

You agree that we may not be held liable for any loss, whether actual or consequential, in relation to your use of the PPR-Pal Manifest6\u00a0 or the use of OnlineGar where and account is held<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n
Suspension of Services<\/span><\/div>\n

We reserve the right to suspend your access to the service if you are believed to be in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of your service being suspended, you will have no further access to your data.\u00a0 Any OnlineGAR unused credits will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fees<\/span><\/div>\n

All OnlineGAR fees charged are non-refundable. Please pay careful attention to the expiry date, as all credits will expire if not used within a set period. Use of the app for creating forms for other jurisdictions is currently free of charge<\/span><\/p>\n

Service Availability<\/span><\/div>\n

With regard to UK submissions through OnlineGAR we make best endeavours to keep the service up and running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, we cannot guarantee the service will always be available. Please note that we have two scheduled maintenance windows – between 3am and 5am on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. We recommend you file forms well in advance to ensure you are not vulnerable to a service outage. In the event of a service outage you may need to file forms using manual methods.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Errors and omissions<\/span><\/p>\n

The OnlineGar system is approved by UK Border Force. The app uses this systme for UK submissions and is thus tested. the preparation of submission documents for other jurisdictions has not been subject to any approvals process as there are none at this stage. It is up to the user to check the forms automatically produced from the users information before the user transmits them to ensure they contain the correct information required by the relevant jurisdiction. the developers accept no liability for errors and omissions nor for the consequences of any changes or amendments to requirements introduced by the jurisdictions served.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
